"Parking is tricky, the staff wasn’t too helpful there were lots of back and forth and the hotel management doesn’t seem to acknowledge the emergency situations at all. It was super disrespectful in that aspect. The hotel was clean and well maintained though"

"When I arrived I had to wait for housekeeping to finish with my room, I then had to drive back home because they needed a physical credit card. It’s too hot to go back & forth, I ended up leaving my bags at the hotel when I went back home. When I came back I was given the wrong room. It was my first time here so when I was given a room with just a living room you could imagine how confused I was, I felt silly that I couldn’t figure out what door led to my bedroom. I was in my room for an hour or two until I finally called the front desk, they sent someone to tell me I was given the wrong room, I had to struggle with my bags again, I had everything set up already so I had to pack up again. Due to so many mistakes they were kind enough to give us a courtesy meal & a room upgrade. If there were no mistakes I’m sure we would’ve loved it but we just like it, probably won’t be back"
