“The whole staff at the hotel were excellent. They were very helpful with recommendations and were genuinely concerned, that we have a pleasant experience. The room that we spent our first night in was going to undergo some type of reparation. So the staff offered us a much nicer room with a view of the volcano for no extra charge.
