"Love the shopping convenience of the property. Customer service was great overall. Didn’t like the offerings of the time share salespeople and a $20 deposit. Overall loved the property and offerings. If the timeshares people offered better discounts and perks I would have taken the time to consider becoming a member. "

"What a magnificent location for a property! Part of the beach where they clear the rocks is amazing. The place felt totally empty. Very spacious. Excellent service. "Everything was amazing. The food: we ate at all 3 of the restaurants on the property as well as Hiroshi. The spa was great. We participated in the Hydro therapy followed by a 50 minute massage. 2 employees that stood out were Ronnie by the poolside. He was very friendly, helpful and checked in with me daily. I enjoyed practicing my spanish with him. We had drinks at the Hotel Mousai and was served by Victor. Victor was extremely friendly as well and was able to answer many of our questions about...
