The place is absolutely beautiful. But the service is horrible. Starting a check in. Most staff people were very snotty and when it came to service various times forgot your order and just never returned. Ran late for scheduled massage appointments. No effort made to contact customer, nor any accommodation made to rectify the error. Spoke with front desk Manager, simple brushed us off and sent fruit and sparkling cider to the room. To an all inclusive โExecutiveโ vacation package. They asked you to listen to a 90 min presentation which took longer and they offered a massage for the waist of time. That could not be used due to time constraints. Did not go there for a timeshare sale. What thy call executive service was not that at all. Our minibar was supposed to be stocked but we used it once and they never restocked it. Called front seat for room service information they referred me to a QR CODE. I saw that there was a difference in service to certain people. Which was noticeable and very sad. A hotel can be beautiful but if it has terrible service whatโs the point. This place left me with a bad taste. Donโt be fooled by the pictures. Service service service
