"Awesome location, it’s very quiet and private. The property is beautifully maintained and very clean. All the rooms, restaurants and entire resort is spotless and clean. The staff is friendly and provide great service. The beach is huge, lots of sun beds and ocean is perfect for swimming. The pools are amazing and lots of sun beds available, the pools are very large and have swim up bars. Large food and drink selection, every restaurant is tasty and food is fresh. Please note that buffet is only available for breakfast, otherwise all other options for lunch and dinner are restaurants. They have a lot restaurants and different food optionally. Will definitely be returning! "

"Strongly recommend to find a solution for dinner accommodation for guests. Even if you make reservations for the entire stay right at check in times, they are booked. You are left with long wait every night or late dinners. "

"This place was absolutely magical. From the service to the rooms, the food, and the beach—everything was incredible. I don’t usually go all out writing reviews, but this place truly deserves it. The food was outstanding. El Mar restaurant was absolutely delicious, and breakfast every morning was amazing. The drinks were fantastic too—top-shelf alcohol and beautifully crafted cocktails. But what really made the experience special was the people. A big shoutout to Manuel and Alberto, who were incredibly kind and made us feel so welcome. From the moment we arrived to the craft cocktail we had when we first got there, every detail was just perfect!! Just FYI… this place is not for the ones looking to party but rather for those who want to relax and enjoy the quiet!! "

"Beautiful view of beach"

"Room was clean, very new and modern, view was phenomenal, staff was great. Only thing we didn’t like was the water smells in both shower and sink. "

"The property was absolutely wonderful. From the moment you arrive you are treated like a celebrity, with fresh cool towels to wipe down with, check in was a breeze, the use of a bracelet for room access and purchases is so nice and worry free. The rooms are spectacular with amazing views, fully stocked mini fridge, and lots of space to move around. The staff was absolutely wonderful, always passing with a smile, a hand over their heart and a "Buenos Dias". The food was mostly amazing (some exceptions, but that can likely just be chalked up to personal preferences, overall food is a definite 9.5/10). The only thing I would say would be nice is a bit more in the way of nightlife and entertainment, but if that isnt your thing and you prefer to just relax and maybe watch some TV or a movie at night, you will love this place. A big thank you and kudos to our 2 favorite staglff members from the week, Daniel at the poolside bar who was always friendly and made amazing drinks, and Ruben who was there almost every day by the pool, who was always so friendly and really went out of his way to make us feel welcome. "

"Our stay was disappointing. There were ants in the room, which was very unpleasant. Some of the restaurant staff were also unfriendly and not very welcoming. Unfortunately, I was also injured during the trip, which made the experience even worse. Overall, this stay did not meet our expectations."
