“Quite place jacuzzi tub is nice and nice breakfast and the staff is nice and friendly.”

“This condo was amazing! It was spotless and had everything we needed plus some. The staff on the property was so kind. The beds were super comfortable and the views are to die for!!! We will 100% be back!”

“I came to Cancun to finish the dental work I had started in March of 2026. I stayed at one place that was nothing like the pictures and was extremely disappointed. My stay had to be extended and I found another location for the additional 5 nights. It was very nice but very expensive as it was a last minute reservation. This time for my dental follow-up, I had more time to research and I loved the look and reviews of TAKH308. Boy was I NOT disappointed this time. The unit is clean, bright...

“Fully satisfactory. Inconvinient for parking”

“This place was so perfect!!! The breakfast was included and filling. You got plenty but if you want variety they have that as well. The loungers were comfy and plenty of them. The pool was a perfect cool dip after a hot beach day. Staff was friendly and helpful. Gorgeous views of the sunset!!! Best Playa Norte location in my humble opinion!! The room was large with excellent AC and wifi. I'm getting over a health concern so being close to everything and no stairs was a bonus!! We had...

“Most aspects of our stay were excellent\. The food, the restaurant staff, housekeeping, and room service were all wonderful\. We enjoyed our stay so much that we even decided to extend it\. Unfortunately, our final impression of Hyatt Ziva was ruined by one staff member, **Citlalli**, during check\-out\. Before our departure, we visited the front desk three separate times to request a late check\-out until 1:00 PM, and each time we were told it had been approved\. However, on the morning of...

“The air conditioning was quite noisy, which made it uncomfortable at times. I also think the restaurant reservation system could be improved to be more efficient and user-friendly. The French restaurant, which required an additional fee, was disappointing—the steak was overcooked and dry. The service was also not great, as the staff handled the plates roughly. There were very limited activities available, with the pool being pretty much the only option.”

“La ubicación es excelente”
