โwe are very satisfied with this hotel. Staffs are very kind and our room is very clean. Swimming pool is also very nice. Our kids like the hotel very much. Especially, there is a waffle maker. Visitors can make waffle by themselves. Breakfast is wonderful for us. If we have a trip in Ohio again, we will choose the hotel next time.โ
โThe staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. We wanted to stay an extra night and I accidentally booked the incorrect date. However, the staff noticed this and was able to accommodate our stay for the correct dates we wanted. Room was clean comfortable. Will stay again!โ
โI didn't like seeing a sign posted that basically said park at your own risk, I didn't appreciate smelling weed the second I walked into the door that leads to my room, and I didn't like the fact that the air-conditioning was broke or just couldn't be turned down. Other than that my stay was fine.โ
