โThe staff was kind, inviting and prompt. Breakfast has quite a large variety, compared to othere nearby hotels. Omelette and oatmeal was especially good! The bathroom and kitchen were well eqipped. Holyyoke mall, Target, and Bestbuy are located in 5 less than 5 minute drive.

โThe hotel was absolutely spotless, the staff was perfect, the breakfast was OK. The only drawback is being right next the highway. The noise from the passing vehicles prevented a good night's sleep. This is of no fault of the hotel or the staff but it is something to take into consideration. โ

โI don't recommend this hotel. Arriving around 19:30, which was not outrageously late, the room we were assigned was a room accessible for the handicapped. The problem was that the staff did not give any account of this before we found it out with all the luggage in front of the door. The floor plan of the room is a little different, which was not really convenient for us.
