Non conoscevo questo hotel prima, ma รจ stata una sorpresa piacevole. Mi sono sentito al sicuro, la stanza era accogliente e lo staff mi ha fatto sentire come a casaโ

โStaffs are all very friendly and helpful. I was confused at the check-in when they request for my payment which was already finished via hotels.com. I think it is the basic knowledge that customer and hotel both know. If a customer might be confused due to his/her consecutive travels, the hotel must not be confused. When I showed the receipt from hotels.com, the staff said "I believe you." which makes me feel lying while proving my payment. I have travelled for decades, but this was my first...
โThe staff at this hotel are amazing and really made the holiday for us. They were so friendly and also very helpful in many ways, nothing was a problem for them. The tours they organised for us were great and amazingly priced. They even organised a special itinerary just for us covering a number of things we wanted to see. Mohamad our guide for the Giza Pyramids and GEM was so knowledgeable and took some amazing pictures, friends asked if we had a professional photographer with us!

Non รจ mai stata pulita in quattro giorni probabilmente perchรฉ non abbiamo fatto richiesta.
La reception รจ al sesto piano ed la nostra stanza era al nono piano.

Other than that, mostly the stay was good. The window cannot block the road noises and I successfully blocked the sound by using my earplugs. The staffs kindly arranged a breakfast meal box because I needed to check out at 4:20AM. That was simple but nutricious box, and I appreciate it. The hotel is on the first floor and it is hard to find from the outside. These will be useful advice to anyone who stays here."
