โItโs a beautiful place to stay in a relatively calm and safe area, while still being within close travel distance into Manhattan. Very cleanly rooms and kind staff. We felt extremely relaxed and satisfied with our stay. Definitely recommend!โ
โLocated across the street from Central Park. Wonderful service and comfortable beds. Our room was very quiet and we did not hear any street or outside noise at all. โ
โAt first, the room was prepared for someone else, room service drink did not come as ordered, the cafe had terrible wait on the food(both breakfast and lunch), and no apologies from the staff. The individual components are good but the service connection needs major improvements.โ
โThe hotel is very clean and new. The room is large. Everything satisfied. To be honest, I was worried that the place around the hotel looked a little bit dangerous before I visited. But, the location of the hotel is very nice, not dangerous, close to the subway station (both Queensboro plaza, and Queens plaza). It took just a few minutes to reach Manhattan, Flushing, and JFK airport. Everybody including hotel staffs was very kind. If I visit NYC again, I will stay at this hotel again. โ
โThis is an iconic hotel in nyc so I had high expectations. The hotel was nice in general, but it took an hour to change my room (bellman didn't show up for an hour) and front desk hung up on my phone call ( I heard they were very busy due to many check-ins ). I don't expect this kind of service for the five star hotel with exceptionally high rate.โ
โThis hotel is the best location and everything else is not good
First of all, I have seen almost only white guests for four days, but it is not a hotel, it is a white favorite hotel and I felt it as a full business hotel and a luxury event hotel, not a hotel to be used by New Yorkers.
It was crowded with various events and parties, and only people with full dresses and suits visited.
As a tourist who has not been dressed up, I am a hotel that gives me a feeling of being somewhat...
