“This property was simply amazing. It was nice quiet tucked away but not to far from the party. The property staff were amazing from the time I booked until the time we departed. They assisted us to back and forth to beach complementary a back and forth to the water taxi to go on our excursions. The rooms were gorgeous just as advertised and very spacious. I will definitely be bringing my family back to just stay here and enjoy Belize.”

“Wow, can't say enough good things about this place. I was there on a solo trip for three days, and it was just what I needed: clean, quiet, off the beaten path, but not too far that I ever felt unsafe. Woke up to a thunderstorm early in the morning, peeked out the front door, and I felt like I was in the jungle. 10/10 would stay again.”

“The room was very clean and the AC was super cold. Its right in town, and our room was loud. Its close to the beach, but all the beaches in San Pedro are overwhelmed with sargassum. The maintenance man, Carlos, was super friendly. Not a whole lot of amenities there, but for the price it was good if you are looking for a clean room in town.”

“No refrigerator or microwave . A refrigerator is on request. Toilet paper should be readily available in the rooms but you have to ask . Overall , staff was amazing and service is superbly helpful. It is very secluded so if you are looking for action you won't find it here but across the split is where you can find entertainment. You will have to take the go cart they provide to ride to the ferry which is $5 round trip .”
