"I wish I could leave a good review. Truly. But long story short, I had to get a key from one property location, then travel down the road to another location, and then park in another different location. I was told parking would be same place with trailer for easy access, was not told that I needed to hunt for the place, given that I was arriving close to midnight, this information would have helped. The directions pointed me to a location that had signs clearly marked as private property without any kind of sign or mention that I am in the correct place. Was forced to return the key on a cork board, and had to drive 2.5 hours home in dense fog with 20 - 30 foot visibility instead. I have tried calling customer support, only to be dealing with a number of bot and generic answering services that could not point me in the direction of any real assistance. I was able to get one person on, and she was quite confrontational, when I was simply looking to see if I can reschedule for a different date and perhaps I would have better luck finding the place during daylight. She said she'd have the manager call me back, but nothing. It seems she just wanted to get off the phone. Again, it is the utmost extreme that I would leave a negative review, but alert after alert looking for a review, I feel compelled after just one more failed attempt to connect with anyone from this resort."
