โThe rooms were clean and comfortable. The beds were soft and we slept well. Their breakfast was good and far better than a continental one. I really enjoyed our stay. It is not a brand new hotel but was economical and very comfortable. My sister and I enjoyed our stay a great deal!! โ
โI am proud to have such a wonderful hotel in my neighborhood. I stayed at several hotels because of the construction of the house, and staying at Hyatt Place was very special. I was very touched by the professional, kind, and caring Hyatt Place staff. I especially appreciated Lia Santos' kind service. โon the first day, I found someone's band-aid on the bed...the coffee maker was dirty. I never used it. And the bed was so flattened in the middle that my back hurt for the rest of my stay. โ

"Downtown L.A. was so expensive that I found a reasonable place to stay, so I stayed at the Glendale Hotel. It was nice to visit Joshua Tree National Park, and the accommodation was not bad. However, it was a shame that the bathroom didn't drain properly because it was an old place. I haven't received a deposit refund yet."
