"The room was clean, has a slight issue with the AC but the front desk arranged maintenance to fix it pretty quick. That was great customer service. The hotel does offer a hot breakfast buffet, it was good. There is a larger sitting area so you'll find a seat, as it does get busy. Bonus, the hotel has refreshing water up near the front desk, I highly recommend."

"The property was in terrible condition. The first room we were given had a broken bathroom light, and the second room we were given had black marks all over the sheets. The rooms were dark and dirty, and did not match the photos online at all - there were no bedspreads on the bed, no photos on the wall, and the rooms were quite rundown. Although the rooms had TVs on the wall, none of them were in working order. When I went to the desk for a third room, the clerk asked me if I wanted a refund. I readily agreed. I was told because the funds had not transferred and I booked through Expedia, I would need to get a refund from them, but was assured that was possible. With that assurance, my daughter and I left to find another hotel. We have been fighting since that day to get our money back. We were told that because we signed the paper at check-in, the cost of the room was nonrefundable, even though we signed before being given two rooms that were inhabitable, and posed a risk for our health and safety. Expedia says the funds were transferred, and they need approval from the hotel manager, who refuses to give it. Do not stay here! Run as far away from this place as you can! This is definitely a case of bait and switch - the manager is clearly hiding behind their nonrefundable policy, while offering substandard rooms that don’t match the description and are not safe to stay in. He takes your money and offers zero in return, even when their own staff told us to get a refund."

"The rooms are huge, clean, the breakfast is good. We liked our view of the golf club and mountains. We enjoyed our stay. The staff was fast and helpful when we ran into minor issues. The only thing I did not like was the bathroom door, Its a slide door and does not lock. Overall, we would stay again. "

"The pool was advertised as heated. It was extremely cold and dirty with grass and debris throughout. The kitchen staff during our paid breakfasts were wonderful. We ran out of toilet paper, had to ask daily for clean towels and coffee refills. The bathroom was not clean and had moldy looking corners. The sink in the public downstairs bathroom did not work. After checking out, we were charged $18/day for parking when we were told upon checking in that the first 6 rows of parking was free!"
