Parking instruction for an out of towner was not clearly available. Wallpaper was peeling off under the window. Sleeping was difficult due to all of the noise and sound of pipes humming constantly. Called for TV service and no one showed up but we figured it out ourselves. Many escalators were not running making it difficult to get through the casino to our room.

This property was the worst service, part of town filled with homeless people on drugs and they sant me away when I was trying to check in because I said I already paid through Expedia and they said well that's a third party and now I have to dispute to get my funds back when I never stayed there and the website said fully refundable! I'm pissed NEVER AGAIN IN RENO ESPECIALLY THE ROW TALK ABOUT GARBAGE NO RESPECT BECAUSE IF YOU HAVE TO MANY BAGS THEY THINK YOUR HOMELESS OR SOMETHING AND I'M NOT JUST TO MANY HOMELESS PEOPLE AROUND YOUR RESORT DON'T TAKE IT CUSTOMERS THAT ARE GOING TO SPEND MONEY AND GAMBLED ! DON'T GO TO CIRCUS CIRCUS IN RENO AND THE TOWN IS DEAD JUST WAITING TO ROB SOMEONE LIKE ME THERE SERVICE IS NOT MUCH DIFFERENT THEN GETTING ROBBED BY A HOMELESS PERSON EXCEPT YOU HAVE MONEY AND YOUR STILL TRYING TO STEAL !! Circus circus is a good value and a decent stay overall. This occasion on my stay I had a bad experience with getting room service. I guess I opted out but didnt know I did. I was asked at check-in if i wanted automatic daily room service or would I just let them know. I opted for just let them know. My niece and nephew were a little more messy than I thought id request service, they never came on day two and had to call that night, they came first thing in the morning. I called again the following day and was told I opted out and need to speak the front desk to opt in. Seemed odd, It all worked out but was inconvenient.
