"There was no dresser, closet, refrigerator, or ice machine. This should be clearly communicated on the website, but it was not. There is no coffee maker, just a coffee shop downstairs. The chair we had was artistic but not one you could sit in comfortably. The bathroom door was a sliding door that had gaps in the sides when the door is closed, so that there was not much privacy."

I especially loved the bed—it was very comfortable, and I slept extremely well. I gave this hotel 4 stars because the front desk experience could be improved. The woman who checked us in was not particularly friendly or welcoming, which left a less-than-positive first impression."
