"Really beautiful property, very modern and well maintained, beautiful landscape and the AC worked perfect in the room and the buffet areas and restaurants. Specialty restaurants were great food was delicious and the presentation of the dishes were great. The coffee shop and the walking area - The Boulevard- with shops and restaurants was really nice. The app works perfectl, it’s really easy to book restaurants and see the menus or the amenities. The pools were very nice and the beach was clean. "

"Well maintained grounds, clean, bright and spacious. Rooms clean and roomy, restocked daily. Breakfast at the buffets were the best meals.. other meals and a la cartes fair. Plenty of options..Book à la cartes early, they fill up quickly. Most staff friendly…Martina and Juliette (with baby) at beach buffet went over and above! Pool unsupervised, children running and jumping from ledges in middle of pool, could easily have slipped and got injured. (No life guards visible) Large group of college boys loud and obnoxious, no regards for others. Pool bar playing Latin music, they had Bluetooth speaker blaring over the top. I was glad my stay ended when it did! "

"I would love to have a conversation with someone who actually cares about the property. This was my first time visiting DR and I would never returned based on the experience at this property. I quite literally have nothing positive to say about the staff and the overall treatment of guests. I won’t waste my time explaining in detail, as nothing was heard while I was there. I will review online so that any potential guests of yours can prepare themselves for what they are getting involved in at oceans. "
