"This is likely a private hotel, a renovated private house. The rooms location is convoluted and you need to take a kot if stares, although the lift is available but does not go to all floors so you will need to takes stairs in some areas. The room is excellent and clean with a big and nice bath tab (the family room for 3 people). "Pool area is very cold and uncomfortable. Massage jets turn on automatically every half an hour, but not for individual needs, as in similar facilities in Italy or Spain. Breakfast is poor for this class of hotel. Good location near Opera ans restaurants ans Christmas market."

"Hotel is very central & I found the hotel functional rather than comfortable. Room was clean & basic and the breakfast OK. Two real issues I had were: 1) Smallness of bathroom. There was no room for the sink, so that was in the bedroom itself & I couldn't put the shower mat down & close the door as there wasn't enough space. 2) I had paid for room in advance through Hotels.com but was asked on check-in & the following morning "If I had paid for the room" which I found a bit unsettling"
