"The room was wonderful. The hotel ambiance good. The restaurant was very good and the proprietor or waitress was very nice and helpful. Meanwhile the front staff makes no allowances for early arrivals. The hotel advertises itself as great for travelers with airport but won’t check in people earlier than 4 even if the rooms are vacant and ready. The hotel was more than 1/2 empty. We were tired from trip but they refused to check us in earlier. We fly to Germany twice yearly. I wouldn’t stay in this hotel again for that reason. If they changed the policy. I would"
