“It was awful. Room was not cleaned by housekeeper. It took so long to change room without any excuse. So regretful.”

“I've always used this place since the new hotel opened, but this was the worst experience. This hotel has canceled my bookings that were fully paid without prior notice. The desk clerk lied about taking only 20 minutes to get a hotel 40 minutes away.”
