My cousin requested more coffee because the coffee was cold and a waitress refused to serve her more coffee and told her that they were all out of coffee. She asked another waitress and got more coffee "

"I recently stayed at the Bahia Principe Luxury Runaway Bay in Jamaica, and overall, it was a memorable experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always greeting us with smiles and making sure we felt comfortable. The room was spacious and clean, with a lovely balcony view of the beach. Although some furniture felt a bit dated, the housekeeping team did a great job keeping everything tidy. One of the highlights was the variety of dining options. From Jamaican specialties to international cuisine, the food was delicious and the service attentive. I especially enjoyed the themed restaurants, though reservations were sometimes hard to get. The poolside entertainment was lively and fun, with activities like Zumba and volleyball throughout the day. If you're looking for peace and quiet, though, the music and crowd might be a bit much at times.
