“Clean, comfortable beds”

They get there and the front desk girl gave them terrible attitude and dirty looks. Any question they asked, she responded with an attitude. We got 2 rooms - one of the keys didn't work for the room. When my guy informed her off it, she told him it probably does work and now we need to take a field...

“The bed was dirty I had the linen change on it. The carpet was wet and moldy smelling and dirty. Air conditioning was very loud. However front desk person was very nice very cooperative. She apologized for the state of my room.”

“Walked in the room, live German cockroach on the wall. I killed it before the wife saw. Everything was in rough shape though. The painting was melting off the wall, the paint everywhere was spotty, the edges of all the furniture was worn, the "desk" was too high to use practically, and the nearby outside door lock didn't work with my card. But the bed was fine, sheets were clean, and staff was pleasant!”
