"Great Staff A little dusty in the room and I found a hair strand that wasn’t mine the second I came in the room and we were placed in a room with broken lights thankfully staff helped us promptly and was so sweet "

"The room was clean and in a great location to the cruise ships but the area around the hotel is old and nothing close for dining. The front desk staff was nice but hard to understand and not very helpful. The bar was not open all day. The free breakfast was as expected, did the job. There was a lot of river party noise, that I did not mind but some might."

"I want to start by saying the staff was excellent, helpful, respectful, and very resourceful throughout my stay. Unfortunately, the condition of the hotel itself did not meet expectations. The property feels outdated and poorly maintained, and cleanliness was an issue. The rooms were extremely small to the point where you can use the restroom and wash your hands at the same time. I've honestly had more space in a cruise cabin than in this room, which cost close to $400 dollars for one night. Based on reviews and even my Uber driver's recommendation, I expected YVE to be one of the better hotels in Miami. Sadly, that was not my experience. The hotel is in serious need of renovations and updates as soon as possible."

"Pool & Hot Tub closed early pretty disappointing (7pm) after charging amenity daily fees & not being able to use them; Also, the parking garage is extremely tight on parking. "
