"Love the location! This choice is highly walkable and is right next to the Charles River and its network of beautiful walking trails. I had not stayed before but note the front desk is attended in the afternoon and evening but not in the morning. The management makes everything work very smoothly and I was not inconvenienced by this. There is a phone number to call if you arrive before the normal check in. "

"My overall experience at this hotel was horrible. Calling this a 2-star hotel feels generous — I’ve honestly stayed at better motels. The property is extremely run down from top to bottom. Check-in was a disaster. The system apparently wasn’t working, and the employee assisting me was painfully slow and seemed unable to figure out the technology needed to complete the process. It took far longer than it should have. The amenities were a joke. There was a strange smell throughout the room, and I even found trash on the floor upon arrival. The unit itself was outdated and poorly maintained. Kitchen cabinets were missing, and the chest of drawers had broken or missing pieces. Dust was everywhere — on lamps, picture frames, mirrors, plugs, and basically every surface imaginable. Everything looked dull, dirty, and neglected. The condition of the appliances and bathroom was even worse. There was visible rust inside the refrigerator and around the counters. The bathroom was absolutely unacceptable. The tub was chipped, and the water barely drained at all. I genuinely do not understand how this hotel passes any kind of mandatory inspection. This place is absolutely not worth the money. I would never stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone."

"Lucia (at the front desk) was very Friendly and was very helpful in directing us to different areas of the city to see, I ordered supper from the bar tender and the food was so good. Hillary was very helpful."

"I do not believe the building is installed at all. I could hear noise from outside as well as my neighbors to the side and above me. My room was clean but the light on the side table did not work. The volume on the TV did not work and the remote was sticky. I tried to address these problems with the manager and he did not acknowledge me. He looked at the remote and told me to talk to the housekeeping. He walked away and did not come back out. I will never stay here again!"
