"This is a 5 star hotel. Everything about it is great!"

"When we exited the elevator onto the 3rd floor, we were confused and checked to see what floor we got into. We entered into a complete construction zone. The light fixtures were taped up, walls were dry-walled, a dusting of dry wall dust all over everything. We were there for a girls weekend and decided to make the best of it. The hotel itself is in an amazing location with lots of restaurants in walking distance. Both mornings of our stay we were awoken by music and working by the construction crew. So loud in fact, the guest across the hall opened the door and was screaming. Not only that, there was a construction room/closet left open that could have been a safety issue for guests. I am unsure why the Aloft decided to even book rooms on that floor. The bartender at this location couldn't have been sweeter and her customer service is reflected in my rating of the staff. It was a completely disappointing stay."

"Your staff was amazing . Will as well as the overnight women. I forgot her name but she was beyond friendly and so happy and a joy to chat with. Rooms were very clean . Quick easy and plan to stay again very soon"

"staff so helpful - someone had tampered with tv to change appearance to negative so a desk clerk worked fires to clear it but they were also willing o switch rooms for us!"

"All good, no problem. Even had breakfast and it was nice. Everybody was nice as well. And I enjoyed the museum pieces that I got to see."
