The assigned room was poorly arranged and furnished. The bed OK to sleep on but the rest of the furniture was trash. the tv had no knobs, an ancient model and did not work. The fridge was rusty inside and out and was not working and unplugged. Some furniture was missing doors. Balcony chairs were card Table chairs with a nylon cover disguise. construction garbage around the property and next to the entrance. cracks in the floor tile. Unfinished tile shower repairs with 5 different patterns of tile. No drinking glasses or ice or coffee or breakfast accommodation. we suspect the hotel was overbooked. Why would Expedia be booking overpriced rooms in such a poorly run and poorly equipped hotel. I have pictures to prove all this. Not enough parking available our car had to be parked out of the property overnight

Najgorszy hotel w jakim spałem. Brudno, duszno, brak ciepłej wody. Pościele takie, że dostałem alergii (na pewno nie prane codziennie). Nie polecam!

Older property has more of feel of guesthouse or dormitory. My room was very spacious with microwave. The shower has shutters which didn't close so there were some flies and bugs but no mosquitoes so it didn't bother me. The balcony was nice but the sliding door was off its wheels so it was very hard to move. Staff is very helpful and accommodated a late check out request. About 10 minute walk to ferry and 20 to the small downtown. In a safe residential area, there is a restaurant a few minutes by foot but nothing else around commercially.

Positif : Chambre avec une superbe vue, vraiment bien situé par rapport au ferry pour Virgin Gorda ou Saint Thomas ( 10/15 mins Max). L’hôtel porte bien son nom on dirait un château 😃 Négatif : l’état de la piscine ne donne pas envie d’y mettre un orteil. Hôtel très cher pour ce que c’est et sans aucun petit dej. Personnel sympa et accueillant.

Very nice staff...however...

Expedia listed this as a hotel with breakfast included. There was no mention of breakfast at check in. The next morning I was in lobby area to access wifi and another person asked if there was breakfast and was told "no". The room itself was worn and mismatched, but bed was clean and A/C made it comfortable. There is no wifi in rooms, only in the lobby, which is advertised correctly....however, the lobby is partially open air and I was eaten by mosquitos any time I went there to use the wifi...and that was after spraying myself down with "off". In addition, most times I walked down to the lobby or past lobby to exit, the hallway typically smelled strongly of marijuana. I'm assuming it was other guests...but it was very strange to have at a hotel.

Im Zimmer konnten leider die Fenster nicht geöffnet werden. Die Klimaanlage war total laut. Der WC war undicht, die Wasserhähne der Dusche abgebrochen... Das Zimmer war unsauber.... Das Personal war sehr nett!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

My stay was terrible, I didn't get the room that I reserved and the mattress was probably older than me and the pillow was big and hard, I requested a softer pillow but didn't get any. They say that they offer continental breakfast but toast, butter and coffee isn't breakfast. The WiFi is located in the lobby area, there's no WiFi in your room. This place is not worth the price that I paid. The service is terrible, the people at the front desk are holding for someone else and they don't know anything to be able to assist you. It was terrible and the room was just dirty and terrible. Whomever reading this don't go to that place

So dirty and old, rouches, mosquitos, dirt and hair all over bath. It's a motel and should not appear on hotels.com I can't rely on the website after offering such kind of mot w l as a hotel option

Convenient to downtown

Welcomed to the Diwali celebration at the hotel which was gracious.However the deal included buffet breakfast and this was not provided.Coffee and toast were offered instead.Pool was dirty and pool furniture needs renewed.Locked doors at night included metal grilles which could only be opened externally so was a safety concern in the event of emergency.
