"What a beautiful experience we had at the ryokan. A perfect setting overlooking the lake, quiet, no noise from the town below. The staff was very kind and courteous, always helpful in assisting us with our questions. We learned about Japanese culture and had a wonderful experience; definitely get the dinner, it was worth it. "The staff are very kind. It is clean and the surrounding facilities are very good. However, women in their 40s working in the morning tend to discriminate against foreigners. It makes overbearing remarks and actions to foreigners. Other than that, it's a very nice hotel."
