“good quality stay”

“The girl who helped check us in (Araya or something like that?) was an absolute sweetheart and she was so patient while being overwhelmed by a lineup of guests, followed by a bus full of young hockey players. Just a very pleasant demeanor. The room was nice, bed comfortable and there were many useful amenities, though the shower lacked pressure (my only criticism) The free breakfast the next morning had a great selection of hot and cold items, juices, etc. (though the coffee was about as...

“Extremely friendly staff.”

“The hotel was nice. The bathrooms (specifically the tub/shower) could definitely use some updating, but the room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The VIP perk was interesting - the 2 free drinks were 2 bottles of Sam’s Club water. A bit of a disappointment. The hotel was in a convenient location.”

“The room is spacious and comfortable. It's convenient because it's possible to cook in the room. Serivices is very nice.”

I OWN my mistake for not checking the pet policy. But I wasn’t lying or hiding anything! Why would I openly walk past staff with ALL 3...

“Clean room and lobby”

“Our room when we entered appeared to be clean. The towels were displayed nicely in the bathroom, however, the bathroom floor was very sticky sounding to walk on it. It obviously had been poorly mopped. The worst came hours later when we pulled back the comforter to discover that the sheets had not been changed. The comforter and pillows had been made nicely, but the sheets were wrinkled, had food crumbs and there was a dirty Kleenex in the middle of the bed. We discovered this late at night and...

“Hot tub was not hot enough and floor bottom dirty”
