Was nervous approaching the hotel. The lobby was rather hidden and the main hallway was in rough shape, but the actual hallways on the floors and rooms were recently renovated and super cute! Location was great, and price very affordable. Diamond in the rough for sure 😁

Was easy enough to find, staff where friendly, had a lift to all floofs, the room was a good size and clean with a safe. The beds where made every day.

We liked the luggage storage for convinience until we were able to get our room as well as leaving it there until our departure to the airport in the evening. Staff was super nice!

Location could not be better. Room was absolutely terrible. So small that there was no place to put your suitcases, even one. The shower and bathroom (totally different) and also ridiculously small had no switch lights. Came on by motion detector. Great to be in the bathroom and have the light go out every 30 seconds. Only got one set of towels, went to the front desk and he gave me them. No phone. Worst room we have been in for as long as we could remember.

The cleanliness of the hotel was disgusting. The electricity in our room did not work, i had to keep going to reception and asking them to sort it and change our room, they were not very helpful and said no. I couldnt charge my phone or use the fridge etc After the first day, the AC stopped working. I thought i was going to catch a disease staying here. Everything was dirty and disgusting.

Loves the staff and service, and we did not have the problems with the water & electricity that others mention, but this is a noisy location (albeit convenient to Termini). Great spot for young folks & "troopers", not ideal for a romantic getaway if thats what youre looking for.

Installations were old, not super clean, a lot of outlets and lights in the room did not work. Staff was snappy and did not seem to be happy to help. Breakfast offered a very limited and low quality selection of items. Even while advertised as "perfect for solo travelers", room was extremely small and lacked amenities (place to put luggage away, in-room safe, etc). Only real benefit was to be located across the street from Roma Termini.

The location is perfect if you’re on a quick trip and need to be close to transportation. Our bathroom smelled awful and the pillows were flat and hard. The bed was hard too.
