โThe property is in a small village. Pub next door , but otherwise its a peaceful , quiet area. Wells next to sea is about a 5min drive away.
My room was nice, it had a kettle, iron,Ironing board, bathroom was clean and shower hot. The beds were good and the room was clean. There is some parking on site. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was also good. I really enjoyed my stay here.โ

โOvernight stay for Heritage Live gig at Sandringham. Little tricky to find in a beautiful, but tiny village, and with limited parking - paid-car park a short walk - but what a great find! Large room, huge comfortable bed, separate dressing room and spacious bathroom. Shower was good, but oddly positioned on bath I thought so had to angle a certain way. โThe stay very good providing that it was our first staying in a caravan. We were surprised that the living room was quite spacious with very comfy sofas.
