“Room was clean and comfortable. Parking in front of hotel except on market day. No lift but we had help with luggage. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay at The Lakes by Yoo. Everything was clean and well designed and the pool and spa facilities were good. Most importantly the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. There was a minor issue with our original room so they kindly upgraded us to a suite for our final night, which we weren't able to stay in as we had to leave due to a family emergency, but the gesture was greatly appreciated. We hope to visit again in the future! ”

“From the moment we arrived the staff were attentive and friendly, after a 3 and half hour journey we had a lovely roast dinner and a beer which went down very well. We were then shown our room which was perfect, and matched the quaint pub, the bed was comfortable. tea, coffee, milk, biscuits, & water readily available, en-suite with shower and t.v. “Lovely B&B, we really enjoyed staying over in Bibury… a very quiet little parish - but nice to be able to spend the day & enjoy both of the pubs. The B&B was ideal, much cheaper than staying at the Swan & only a few minutes walk into the ‘town’. Yes it was a little noisy, as has been mentioned before, but not really anymore than staying in a hotel I’d imagine + earplugs are provided if upstairs are too noisy for you! “Das Hotel liegt mitten im Grünen und bei der Anfahrt über das Grundstück freut man sich schon auf die typisch britische, alte Hausanlage. Im Inneren des Hotels geht der äußere Flair leider etwas verloren, eher so 80er Jahre Style. “The room was great, amazing location, definitely loud when they have Karaoke as you can hear and feel the whole room vibrate. ”

“The consistency of room service standard was not there. One day my room was cleaned well, i had 4 bottles of water i had 4 biscuits for each of us staying in the room. “First, you can't check in till 5pm. Second, the shower is small and slippery when wet. When I mentioned that I'd nearly fallen twice and it needed a non-slip mat, I was told can't be done as this would be an admission that there is a problem. Plus, the light in the bathroom is on a motion sensor timer and kept cutting out leaving me in the shower, in the dark.
