“A convenient self-catering apartment close to the beach. A lovely welcome by the woman on reception and the cleaning staff also very nice. Kitchen area was well-equipped and the bathroom had a bath and shower. Bedroom was spacious. Only down-side was hearing the person in the apartment above us stomping around through the floor-boards! But I guess this is normal for a victorian building. Overall, very satisfied.”

“The location was beautiful on the sea front and near the electric train. We rented a car for one day and we were easily able to find parking in front of the building. We didn’t eat breakfast at King’s House as we were busy in the mornings. We got fresh towels each day and a fresh supply of cookies and tea. The staff were eager to help with whatever you needed.”

“Great location and very friendly staff. They were so helpful and accommodating.”

“Information given on arrival extremely helpful-breakfast absolutely superb with an amazing choice.”

“Hotel very clean , when staff were around they were helpful, Location is good for views and although a bus stop fairly close it’s a good 15 min walk to pubs/ restaurants shops”

“Staff could not have been more helpful, polite and informative. Everything we needed they arranged. Breakfast was excellent, service was as first class and little complimentary extras in the mini bar a pleasant surprise”

“Good location on the Central Promenade not too far from the city attractions. You can get a direct bus both to the ferry terminal and to the airport. Good variety of breakfast to choose from both hot and cold If you fancy something traditional you can order the Manx kipper. There are in house bar and restaurant facilities. “The hotel was in a great location. The airport bus stopped about 10 minutes walk away. Marks and Spencer’s, local shops, esplanade and theatre are all within walking distance. The hotel offers a good breakfast and the rooms are a good size.”

“What a phenomenal stay—more than I could’ve ever hoped for given the short notice to book and the impromptu nature of our stay. One side facing Castle Rushen and the other facing the ocean, I’m still blown away we got to stay here for a few days.”

“Always first class”

“Clean room. They renovated it but the toilet a bit stinky. Firm bed”

“Lovely stay - great location - would stay again”

“I went for business trip. So I didn't experienced the Casino and around of the Hotel. I think this hotel is good at for short travel. The room is clean, bathroom is convient for shower. Free Wifi can be used for 2 computer/room. However the eating included in dinner and breakfast in the hotel is normal.”
