โThis establishment is amazing! The rooms are cozy and roomy. If you're visiting for the races the grandstand is just a short walk from the hotel. Room was very comfortable , quiet and everything worked well and was well maintained. Itโs a great choice in Douglas. Restaurant had very good food too.โ
โA very well appointed hotel on the Seafront of Douglas. Staff freindly and restaurant was very good. French style menu. The hotel has kept its early years character whilst implementing modern touches to compliment the decor. Room was spacious and again well appointed with all you need, tea/coffee making, flat screen tv, fridge with water snd plenty sockets/ USB charge points. Highly recommend.โ
โRoom was clean and had everything we needed but was at the end of a corridor with no lift access. A person with mobility issues would struggle to get to the room using stairs only. Breakfast was good lots of options and plenty of food on offer. โ
โGreat hotel for a break with plenty of buses stopping outside if you donโt fancy the fantastic 20 minute walk along the promenade to the City Centre. Bus from the airport No2 stopped outside the hotel which was a bonusโ
โBest place Iโve stayed on the Isle of Mann. Room was well maintained, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was 1st class, good quality and very welcoming. Staff were excellent from check in, to the bar staff and breakfast staff all couldnโt do enough for you. We shall be booking for next years visit.โ

โA couple of very small points to make our stay perfect.
1. There needs to be a shelf or a place in the shower cubicle to put the shower gels etc.
2. There was lovely hot water in the handbasin but not in the shower. The mixer in the shower needs attention.
3. The room safe is pretty useless on the floor in the cupboard. It needs to be at least waistline height with clear operation instructions.โ

So I didn't experienced the Casino and around of the Hotel.
I think this hotel is good at for short travel.
The room is clean, bathroom is convient for shower.
Free Wifi can be used for 2 computer/room.
However the eating included in dinner and breakfast in the hotel is normal.โ
