“This was a once-in-lifetime family vacation with family traveling from 2 states. The ocean side deck was next to club's sewage processing causing odor at times. While we did get a few lighbulbs, many lamps with no light bulbs, some lamps had French plug-in, not matching electrical receptacles making them unuseable. 1 bedroom toilet was jerey-rigged requiring pulling a cord from hole in wall to flush. Very poor pre-check-in communication - after repeated attempts, needed to get Expedia involved...
