The were leaving before the breakfast start time on our last day but the staff there made arrangements early so that we could have the breakfast before we left. "The patio was dirty and was never cleaned in the 9 days we were there. Room service was sporadic and not consistent. We returned used robes and never received replacements. We did not see tea cups after the first three days. There is no room food service. Only breakfast. The hotel room offered free coffee and tea but no free water to use with it, except for one complimentary bottle when you first arrive. A/C was hard to control."
