โIt was a wonderful stay. Clean room, well functioning elevator, kind and helping staff. The neighborhood was safe and peaceful. Restaurants, convenience stores, and subway stations were close by, easy to approach on foot. Room was small but given the affordable price it was never a problem for me.โ
โComfortable room, friendly staff and easy to navigate. The decor is a little too minimalist for my taste; regional paintings / pictures of the area, a few over sized ornaments would be nice. Overall, a good property.โ
โVery nice place to stay. Super cute and clean. So many extras. Unfortunately not ideal for my tall husband. The shower was a bit small for his size but just right for me. The roses in the yard smelled great. Thanks for a great stay. โ

โWe had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Salem. So clean, comfortable and beautiful! We didnโt get to try the rooftop restaurant because it rained most of our visit, but the Counter on the first floor was very nice. Staff went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. We will definitely stay here again!โ
โThis was a great place to stay. Walking distance to everything you would want to see and food. Keep in mind if have a car will need to pay parking at motel and streets. โ
โThe Silsbee Suite was lovely! Its def just for 1 or 2 ppl even though the kitchen is huge there is only 1 queen bed and a couch. You also habe acess to your own private patio but we were out all day and didnt really utilize that. This property is in walkimg distance to everything you need to get to and see in Salem. It is an old house and you can hear EVERYTHING! Even the other guests if they sneeze or laugh so just be aware of that. I would def stay again โ

"We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel, which made our trip to Boston even more special.
The location is unbeatable โ just a short walk from many major attractions, and only about 10 minutes from Back Bay Station. We walked everywhere during our stay! The hotel has a cafรฉ and a Mexican restaurant on the first floor, as well as a bar in the basement. Convenience stores and Whole Foods Market are nearby, which made it easy for us to grab fruits and snacks.
The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Communication was seamless and efficient โ we appreciated being able to reach them easily via text, and any requests we had were addressed promptly and thoughtfully.
Our room had a shared bathroom, but we were very impressed with how clean and well-maintained everything was. Towels were provided generously, and the shared bathroom and shower facilities were spotless. The bedding was also clean and very comfortable. Thereโs even a microwave available in the basement, which was a nice bonus.
Thanks to this hotel, our Boston trip was elevated to a whole new level. It was truly the perfect place for our family, and if we ever return to Boston, we wouldnโt hesitate to stay here again.
