“good hotel”

“Room was very clean, parking was good, enjoyed our stay, easy access to bowling club”

“Anniversary Stay at Bannisters Port Stephens We stayed at Bannisters to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The welcome was warm, and our Luxury Suite was clean and comfortable. However, we had hoped for a special gesture, such as champagne or flowers, to mark the occasion. Dining at Julio’s and Rick Stein was delicious but expensive, with disappointingly slow service. “가격대비 괜찮음 방이 너무 작음”

“Our room was compact but was clean, well maintained and had everything one needs for a short stay. The fridge, toilet, shower and extractor fan in the bathroom, as well as the air-conditioner in the room all worked well. The mattress was comfortable. The staff allowed us an earlier check in. There's a pizzeria close by that does brekky and opens every morning at 7am. A nice stay in a pretty place.”

“Renovation seems to be required. The only good thing is the location in front of a beach.”

“Very nice and very clean. Very responsive to helping us. Great stay for an overnight. Will definitetly use in the future”

“Great customer service was very helpful and the rooms were clean n tidy”

“Accommodation was very comfortable. Extremely large room with dining table and cutlery plates etc provided. Property is a little old and tired”

“객실이 너무 좁네요. 가방 놓을 자리도 없고. 둘이 앉아 커피 마실 공간도 없어요. 무료 세탁시설과 바베큐 시설, 수영장 등 좋아요. ”

“Recently refurbished room, very clean and comfortable. My only complaint was the shower had no water pressure and was almost dripping out of the rain head which made the experience frustrating and slow.”

“We found the 2 bedroom villa to be very well laid out with 2 ensuite bathrooms. I also found the staff to be extremely understanding about a booking mix up that I had. Very pleasant location near the marina and handy to the cafes next to the water.”

“객실상태 매우 깨끗.어린이들 수영장이 좋음.작지만 밝은 분위기의 헐리데이팍.또가고싶어요.”

“객실깨끗하고 다 괜찮았음”
