Room smelled very strongly of weed but overall the room was okay. No tea/coffee making facilties in the room. Only 2 sad pillows provided but staff found additional good pillows for us. Good location to get to little italy. Public transport stops are all at least a 15min walk away

I liked the fact that you are able to walk down to local restaurants, coffee bars, etc. easy access to the freeway for quick trips. Only downside to the property was the lack of room service. Other than that, my stay was pretty comfortable.

This was a very basic low budget hotel. Rooms were small but beds and pillows comfortable. It’s an older building with nothing luxurious about it. Staff was friendly. Location was conveniently located near restaurants and bars. There were no surprises and it was what we expected for the money.

Our room door was propped open, bathroom door knob was broken, and there was hair inside bathtub, toilet seat had stains and pubic hair on it when my husband lifted the seat to urinate.

The front desk clerk was very rude. We went to our room and he gave us a room with 2 double beds instead of the 1 king bed I reserved. I went downstairs to let him know and he said I had to show him on my phone where it said I booked 1 king bed. I did not take my phone with me so I went back upstairs to get my phone. I showed him my Expedia confirmation confirming I booked one king bed. He didn't want to change it at first and said he had "upgraded us". That room was not an upgrade. He finally agreed to change our room and once we got to our new room it was NOT a king bed. He said they do not have king beds. At that point we were frustrated and tired from a very long day so we just took the room. We had dinner reservations with friends in an hour so we had to hurry up and get ready. As we were leaving our room the toilet started leaking. We went back downstairs to let him know and he said he could send the maintenance worker up at moment but we were late so we asked if he could go later when we got back to our room because I was not comfortable letting him in without us there. He said it was either at that moment or he couldn't do anything about it. We were late to dinner so we just left. I called Expedia but the agent couldn't find another hotel because it was so late and last minute.There was only one room at over $400 for the night. Now on to the rooms. The rooms are very outdated! The towels are very rough and one of the hand towels was torn.Very dirty and smelly.
