"Don't worry about the road condition (a bit pot holed and worn) or the slightly difficult to find hotel entrance, the stay was great. The room was large and immaculately clean. Though our limited Italian caused a few laughable glitches (or fault not the staff), the service could not have been better. The food was excellent and overly abundant. "Really lovely stay in the Trulli hotel, a small family feel to the hotel but everything you could need for a really relaxing stay. You will need a car to get around but it is a good base for exploring different bits of Puglia and the trulli are really beautiful. "

"A four generation property where you are made to feel like family. Such a cozy homey property. Guests are encouraged to walk through the farm to visit the farm animals and taste the fruits. Breakfast is plentiful with fresh ricotta made in house figs from the trees on the property and freshly made preserves and juices. The olive oil is sublime. A bottle is left on every table at dinner and is drizzled onto a plate for guests to dip the freshly baked assorted breads that show up every evening at dinner service. The cuisine is local and simple yet tasty and unpretentious. Reminding me of my mothers food. I can’t say enough about Masseria Salinola. If you can go, you should go. Thank you Daniele and all the staff for treating us so well. We will return. "

Double room was small and pokey en-suite was not very private, old style safe - would chose a better room next time"
