산 지오반니 인 페르시체토 아파트

“The apartment was fine, kitchen, bed and bathroom are fine. Lots of towels which is nice. The only strange thing was that we booked an apartment that had a specific location that we chose because it was convenient and safe. The apartment we got however was at a totally different location where we did not feel so safe at night. The airco placement right across the bed is not the best since you get a dry mouth and nosebleeds. But all in all we had a good stay and the apartment itself was good...

“Good location close to many restaurants and shops. It was spotless and the manager was so helpful when our luggage was lost.”

“Very modern, comfortable apartment in the heart of Modena. Quiet and immaculately clean. Cool in the hot temperatures. Delightful shower. Easy communication with the hosts. Reached out to help with recovering my bag when I left it at the Parma airport. Great coffee shop across the street.”

“Struttura eccellente, parcheggio comodissimo e una finestra si affaccia sul bar sottostante. Non è pulito sembra nuovo di pacca! Non si può desiderare di meglio ed il prezzo è veramente buono. Se torno nelle vicinanze cerco di riprenotare questo mini appartamento di lusso!”

“The room was clean and amenities are ok. Near shops and restaurants. ”

“Apartment was very clean and well maintained. Air conditioning was excellent. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Would definitely recommend this apartment to others. Check in communication was made the day before and was good once it was established. Location was excellent and close to the train station, the Ferrari museum and to downtown restaurants and shopping.”

“Amazing stay. Our favorite stay of our Italy trip. Apartment is so large and comfortable and in a very nice area of town. 20 min walk to the historic center. Amazing gelateria across the street and the garage parking spot (though only for small cars) makes it very convenient. Easy street parking too. Very sparkling clean, bed comfortable. AC welcome in 100 degree heat wave. Wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely return if we are back in Modena.”

“Clean, close to all monuments easy access to everything.”

“We liked everything about this property. The host was amazing, very caring and friendly! I highly recommend it! ❤️ 🇮🇹 ”
