"Overall, our stay was great, and my friends and I had a wonderful time. However, due to a flight misconnection that was completely outside of our control, we were unfortunately unable to arrive in time for our first night. We informed the property in advance about the situation and kept them updated. While I understand that policies may apply, it was disappointing to learn that we could not receive a refund for a night we were unable to use due to circumstances beyond our control. Given that the owner and staff were aware of the stressful situation we were facing, I had hoped for a little more understanding and flexibility. A refund, or even a partial accommodation, for the unused night would have gone a long way in demonstrating goodwill. Aside from this experience, we truly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the hospitality."

"The hotel is nice and our reception was warm. The only concern I have is I specifically booked the hotel because it has an airport shuttle. I confirmed the airport shuttle for 11 am Saturday morning, but when we came downstairs, no one seemed aware that we had booked it and it took a bit of time to find someone to drive the shuttle."

"The rooms were spacious and clean, the property is charming with large outdoor and indoor common spaces, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The location is short drive to downtown and although the hotel is on busy Cerrillos Road, most of the rooms are set back enough from the road that it feels peaceful. We stayed here twice during our time in New Mexico and I would definitely return on our next trip."
