"We had an amazing stay at NOA! The space was spotless, beautifully designed, and looked exactly like the photos. It was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great trip. The location was perfect, right off Loíza Street, within walking distance of tons of incredible restaurants, coffee shops, and nightlife, and only about an 8-minute walk to the beach. El Conquistador Resort

8/10 Good

"Conquistador is our favorite hotel in Puerto Rico, and we have returned several times because we truly enjoy the property and the experience. However, during our most recent stay, we spent two nights in the Marina area and noticed a few issues that I believe the hotel should address. First, the door to our room was not working properly. It would constantly remain open, and we had to use considerable force to close it properly. Even housekeeping left the door open after changing the towels, which was concerning from a security perspective. Also, housekeeping only changed the towels but did not service the room. I’m not sure if this was a new policy or an oversight, but considering the premium price of the hotel, we expect a higher level of service and attention to detail. Finally, the waiting time for the boat to and from Palomino was excessive. I understand that there is currently only one boat operating, but the hotel should reconsider the logistics and find a way to make this process more efficient. The long waits significantly affect the overall experience. We still love El Conquistador and consider it our favorite hotel in Puerto Rico, which is why we hope management takes these comments as constructive feedback. With some improvements in these areas, the experience could once again meet the high standards we have come to expect from the property"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Stay with an Incredible View! We absolutely loved our stay! The hotel was beautiful, extremely clean, and our room was very spacious and comfortable. Everything felt well maintained and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The rooftop pool was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The view of the beach was absolutely amazing, and it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy Puerto Rico. We could not get enough of the view! The staff was also wonderful—everyone we encountered was friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome. Between the beautiful room, exceptional cleanliness, amazing rooftop pool, and outstanding service, we had a fantastic experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Puerto Rico!"

San Juan Airport Hotel

8/10 Good

"Only subtracting a star because of the airport hotel waiter at the airport hotel restaurant. Not sure if that's a fair association. But after I placed my food order he asked what I wanted to drink. I said just water. He brought me a bottled water, so I assumed bottled water must be what they give you there when you say you want "just water". But when I got the bill there was a $5 charge for the water. I then approached the waiter and reminded him i never ordered bottled water. He argued with me that I ordered water. I said I never ordered "bottled water", which he didn't deny. I pointed to another guest who had a large tumbler of ice water on her table with her meal and said, "That's what you usually get at a restaurant when you order 'just water'. I can't believe you volunteered to bring me a bottled water and charge me for it." He reluctantly and begrudgingly refunded the charge. His wait service was sub par yet I had given him a 20% tip. He had such a bad attitude. The hotel room itself was perfect, though I couldn't figure out how to work the t.v. , but again one star is coming off for the waiter's unwelcoming, unappreciative vibe."
