“Host(PMI) amazing always in contact with you to ensure you’re receiving the best experience possible with in your stay. I feel it’s a few opportunities that should be addressed moving forward, like what previewed on the site when booking your room/stay truly don’t Match what you walking into not all the way off but not what’s truly present. My Room wasn’t the cleanest which me and my wife cleaned up and when I talked to the host they were willing to come back out to reclean.. Great location...

“Was in our room sleeping and at 3:15 in the morning another guest walked into our room. They were given the same exact PIN number to our room. We both were given the same pin to the room. It was a scary situation coming out of our sleep at 3:15 am. After the situation was taken care of we was frightened to go back to sleep.”
