Go-to place to stay at The Bay!

Conference Center is our go-to place to stay when visiting the Bay. We visit 3-4 times a summer. The service is always consistent. Rooms and facilities are clean. Price is reasonable.

This is a party hotel so keep that in mind when you book. The pool is open to anyone that comes by and on the weekend, standing room only. The rooms are fine but definitely have seen a lot of use. The elevator quit a few times when we were there.

If you have to wear bands I would recommend a softer one with the keys built into the bracelets. We recently had them at a margaritaville in Nashville. Didn’t have to mess with a key it was on your wrist

property needs major updating! Staff was not friendly. Felt like they were herding cattle in and out. Did not ask us how are stay was or thank us for comeing. warnings over and over about their towels. Bed was worn out, pillows worn out. No where to park. Poor breakfast. Overall, not please with the "resort" Not a "resort" at all. Need to change the name or do a major updating.
