โEverything was perfect, the host was kind and makes guests comfortable. Caravaggio paintings hanging around rooms were great.

โVERY interesting place to stay, if youโre an art fan or museum this is the place for you, lots of stuff to discover in this hotel. A little complicated to find especially if you arrive late but very beautiful and clean. (Lots of stairs to climb, no elevator so beware for big luggage) โ

โLove this place, staff are very friendly and helpful. They waited for me when I arrived late at night, explain to me where all the attractions were. Room was nice and cozy. It has a very cute balcony. Hotel is right by the Toledo metro station and shopping street which was very convenient. Walking distance to most main attractions. โ
โStayed in the single room with small balcony for one night. Room allocated overlooked a busy side street. You can hear the hustle and bustle noise from the street below when windows are left open and there is absolutely no noise when all windows are closed :-). I'd recommend staying for 1 or 2 night's stay in the room. The property is well situated for local shops, bars, restaurants and very safe for single female travellers. I had a very early morning departure, and, breakfast was made...
"I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding our recent stay.
Unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory due to multiple issues with the room, facilities, and customer service.
When we arrived at 3 PM, we were informed that our reserved room was not ready, and we were assigned a different room instead. However, the room had a completely different layout, was uncomfortably small, and did not meet our expectations.
Upon requesting a room change, we were required to pay an additional โฌ100 for reasons that were not clearly explained.
To make matters worse, the bathroom and shower in the new room had rust-colored water coming from the taps, which we only realized after my wife and child had already used it. As a result, they developed skin issues, which significantly impacted our trip.
When we reported the issue, we were told that we could only move to the originally reserved room. We had to change rooms late at night, and while we received a small cake with a note apologizing for the inconvenience, it did little to improve our overall experience.
Throughout this ordeal, the reception staff never offered a sincere apology, and despite being told that the hotel manager would contact us, we never received any communication during our three-day stay. "
