โWe had a very nice stay at Apartamento Annunziata. The location is super - close to shopping in Via Toledo and Centro Storico. The metro station in Via Toledo is also close, which made it easy to get to Piazza Garibaldi/central station (and onward to Pompeii). The Bed and Breakfast isn't very noticeable on street level, but once you get to the 5th floor and above, you have a lovely view of the city. โVERY interesting place to stay, if youโre an art fan or museum this is the place for you, lots of stuff to discover in this hotel. A little complicated to find especially if you arrive late but very beautiful and clean. (Lots of stairs to climb, no elevator so beware for big luggage) โ
โThis was a great place for a one night stay before catching the ferry onto Sorrento. The place was great, bathroom was nice after all that walking and a wonderful shower. Breakfast coupon included one pastry and one drink and was delicious. Would definitely stay here again. 8 minute walk to the port and a great location.
Little hard to figure out how to get in/the location but the manager sends you a video on how to get in that makes it a breeze! โ
โThe check-in was not smooth as reception was empty and we could not get in. The gentleman came to reception the following morning and made all great! His service was superb and we are grateful for all his help!โ

โQuiet, well-designed property with only a few rooms. Modern, clean, comfortable, stylish. I loved having all of the bath products: hand soaps, shampoo, conditioner, face and body washes, face and body creams, and more, all with a fresh unisex scent. Cozy king bed, fluffy towels, a nice selection of beverages and treats, coffee & tea. Balconies with views over the port was fun. This is a busy and noisy area, but the noise blocking doors kept most of that out. Black-out options, great AC, plenty...
โOur stay at La Lepre Felice was simply amazing! When we arrived at the front door we were a little thrown off but that soon changed once we made it upstairs and into the waiting area. The definition of a hidden gem! Our host Stefania was super attentive, kind, helpful, and just had everything perfectly arranged for us. I cannot say enough about her and how much better she made our trip.

"I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding our recent stay.
Unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory due to multiple issues with the room, facilities, and customer service.
When we arrived at 3 PM, we were informed that our reserved room was not ready, and we were assigned a different room instead. However, the room had a completely different layout, was uncomfortably small, and did not meet our expectations.
Upon requesting a room change, we were required to pay an additional โฌ100 for reasons that were not clearly explained.
To make matters worse, the bathroom and shower in the new room had rust-colored water coming from the taps, which we only realized after my wife and child had already used it. As a result, they developed skin issues, which significantly impacted our trip.
When we reported the issue, we were told that we could only move to the originally reserved room. We had to change rooms late at night, and while we received a small cake with a note apologizing for the inconvenience, it did little to improve our overall experience.
Throughout this ordeal, the reception staff never offered a sincere apology, and despite being told that the hotel manager would contact us, we never received any communication during our three-day stay. "
