โHad an amazing time at this place. Normally I donโt leave a review but this place was so amazing I had to. The host Paula was great she was so welcoming and helped a lot with our trip.
If we ever visit Napoli again I will be staying at this place and this place only!

We had to leave earlier than their breakfast services but they prepared it earlier for us.
In addition, it was my girl friendโs birthday and they prepared a small birthday dessert with a candle for us....
โWe had a very nice stay at Apartamento Annunziata. The location is super - close to shopping in Via Toledo and Centro Storico. The metro station in Via Toledo is also close, which made it easy to get to Piazza Garibaldi/central station (and onward to Pompeii). The Bed and Breakfast isn't very noticeable on street level, but once you get to the 5th floor and above, you have a lovely view of the city. The terrace on the 7th floor, where we had breakfast, is very nice. We will select this place if...
โAmazing hotel in a museum with beautiful courtyard. Staff was very helpful - carried our luggage up the stairs. Room was spacious and clean. Check-in was difficult to schedule with our schedule because there is not a front desk staffed all the time and entry locked. โ
โBeautiful and unique place. You are staying in a an amazing historic property with all the comfort needed. We enjoyed every minute. Breakfast was delicious served by the kindest and attentive lady!โ

Appartamento molto pulito ed elegante con host gentilissima e molto disponibile anche nel spiegarci i punti di interesse e come raggiungerli (al 90% si puรฒ raggiungere tutto comodamente a piedi)

โwonderful hosts who were SO helpful and accomodating despite our HORRIBLE italian, beautiful property, excellent ac /air conditioning, great base for exploring napoli, incredible terrace for morning breakfast, very clean b&b and quite quiet. also we loved how the ac sounded like gentle rustling wind. โ

โEs war ein hervorragender Aufenthalt. Das Hotel liegt wunderbar gelegen mitten in der Altstadt von Napoli. Der nicht vorhandene Aufzug (aus Denkmalschutzgrรผnden) lรครt einen kein schlechtes Gewissen aufgrund der vielen Pizzas vor Ort haben :-). Gennaro war immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sehr sauber und ausreichend groร! Alleinig allem ein sehr perfekter Aufenthalt. Preis - Leistung auch mit dem Frรผhstรผck an der angrenzenden Bar ist wirklich ausgezeichnet! "I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding our recent stay.
Unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory due to multiple issues with the room, facilities, and customer service.
When we arrived at 3 PM, we were informed that our reserved room was not ready, and we were assigned a different room instead. However, the room had a completely different layout, was uncomfortably small, and did not meet our expectations.
Upon requesting a room change, we were required to pay an additional โฌ100 for reasons that were not clearly explained.
To make matters worse, the bathroom and shower in the new room had rust-colored water coming from the taps, which we only realized after my wife and child had already used it. As a result, they developed skin issues, which significantly impacted our trip.
When we reported the issue, we were told that we could only move to the originally reserved room. We had to change rooms late at night, and while we received a small cake with a note apologizing for the inconvenience, it did little to improve our overall experience.
Throughout this ordeal, the reception staff never offered a sincere apology, and despite being told that the hotel manager would contact us, we never received any communication during our three-day stay. "
