“Hotel was ok, what made my experience terrible was the management . I had reserved 2 rooms for 5 persons and 2 days before my trip they called me and said that they had to cancel my reservation because the Hotel was gonna be under maintenance, which was a lie. “I don’t recommend the Red Roof hotels because they have a worse service and too many issues and if you rent a room per week then at the third week you pay a day before expired and you came back the same day and cancel they don’t reimburse your money back ”

There was an obvious electrical short circuit in the reading lights above the beds, and the light switch was broken/missing on one of these. 3. The security chain on the door was missing. “Negative: No hair dryer. Bed to close to air conditioning. Made it difficult getting into bed Positive : checked us in on the phone because we wouldn’t make it to the hotel until after the BTS concert, was there with key when we got there at 1:30. Room comfortable. The hotel honored our reservation while many other hotels in EP cancelled on people the day of the concert because they could increase cost. Thank you for that. Good people”

“There is little to no water pressure and the beds are awful. That being said, the staff is amazingly accommodating and kind. I was originally put in a room that wreaked of smoke. The staff member moved me immediately without hesitation to an upgraded room. I would stay here again for the staff alone. ”
