The attention to detail was stunning, from the spacious rooms with comfy beds and balconies overlooking the pool, gardens, or Mount Teide, to their amazing jellyfish tank and collection of colourful parrots. "It was an ok stay. There were things that we expected that we didn’t get. Felt nickel and dimed. You had to pay for the safe in your room. Deposit for pool towel and they charged to get a fresh one each day. One large bottle of water for the entire week would have expected one each day. Wifi was terrible. They allow smoking on balconies in a resort with no central air. We couldn’t have our patio door open due to your neighbour smoking "

"Hotel in ideal position,5-15 mins from supermarket,restaurants,beach and main square. Bus station is 3 mins walk. Checking was easy. Rooms are ok but could do with a update. Swimming pool/area was well kept. I rented a in-room safe which didn't work (battery needed replacing) went to reception and was offered a security box till it was replaced, it was replaced with-in 2-3 hours. I would stay here again because for the price it is ideal. "
