“Great location. Friendky and helpful staff. Very clean. Bed was comfortable with very nuce linen and towels. Included breakfast was also very good. Parking is provided free and there are many parking spots nearby. We'll be staying here again upon our return to Faial ”

“Aussergewöhnlich schöne Lage mit beeindruckendem subtropischen Garten und freier Sicht auf den Atlantik. Das Gastgeberehepaar ist sehr freundlich, achtsam und aufmerksam. Was für ein netter Empfang bei der Ankunft! Die Schonung der Ressourcen wird mit Überzeugung gelebt. Das Interieur ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles war intakt und funktionsfähig. Die Küche des Apartments war sehr gut ausgestattet. ”

“Sehr zuvorkommende Verantwortlicher der Reception, der sich nach unserer Flugstreichung den Kurzaufenthalt ausserplanmässig perfekt arrangierte. Dies insbesondere da die Gesamtflexibiltät der Mitarbeitenden nicht gegeben war. Etwas kleines Essen organisierte uns der besorgte Mitarbeiter gegen das “sehr straffe militärische” Regime. Das Hotel ist wunderschön und für einen entspannenden Urlaub in der Natur, weit ab vom Tourismus perfekt! ”
