“우선 씨티텍스가 1박에 무려 20유로씩 추가징수하구요. 갑자기 추워진 날씨에 히터도 안들어왔어요. 첫날 밤에 안나오길래 리셉션에 물어봤더니 해줄수있는게없다고ㅋㅋ 이불이나 더 달라고해서 덮고잤는데 다음날 히터이제 될거라더니 안되서 또 그냥잤네요. 주차도 호텔 앞에다가 하는게 아니고 한 50미터 더 가서 풀이자라는 가라지에 두라고하고. 식사도 뭐 그냥그냥입니다. 10시까지인데 늦게가면 리필도안해줘요. 위치는 좋아요. 관광지와 가까워서 다니기는좋은데. 음식추천 및 대부분의 서비스에서 이게 4성급이 맞나 라는 생각이 무지무지 듭니다. 한국분들은 가능하면 다른 곳 이용 하시길 추천드리고.. 시설은 방은 작구요. 나름 모던한 디자인의 호텔은 맞습니다. 제가 왠만하면 거의 대부분호텔 만점드리고 다니는데 여긴 서비스 0점이에요. 참고하세요~~!”

“Vriendelijke en behulpzame personeel. Je kan dag en nacht je vragen stellen. Ruime en grote kamer. Uitgebreid ontbijt. We hadden wel een auto gehuurd. Parkeren in het hotel was makkelijk. Dus ik weet niet echt hoe het is als men openbare vervoer gebruikt naar het centrum van stad. Ik vernam dat taxi's daar goedkoop is.
