Customer service is great. Staff is super friendly and ready to help. The location is very good if you want to stay in the old town. The rooms are clean but very small. Overall great experience. Would definitely recommend for the price.

旧市街の裏手にあって、徒歩で観光できる点は良い。 ホテルの造りは旧社会主義国らしさがあって古い。 鍵はガチャガチャ数回回さないといけないので 慣れないと戸惑う。 夜は近くのバーだかの音楽が１１時くらいまで うるさかった。

All staff is so extremely friendly and helpfull. Much better than in Hotel Europa close by, where I was send to use their public computer but not only that the two men of the night security ask you for your room numer and if you are guest but still do both not answer when wishing them a good evening in correct Bosnian when leaving. However, Hotel Astra Garni is the opposite and so excellent in ALL and the room was like a suite! ! Perfect location -at the entrace to the old town- too! !

Palvelu ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Sijainti hyvä. Aamupala todella runsas ja hyvä. Huone iso ja siisti. Ainoa miinus että yleisissä tiloissa sai polttaa, mutta se tuntui olevan maan tapa jokapaikassa.

Comodo albergo in zona centrale.

Trovato per caso, ottima offerta online, ambiente reception un po’ antiquato come tutta la struttura, la camera quadrupla molto bella, scarso il servizio colazione, servita in un seminterrato con qualità dei prodotti medio bassa. Palestra una piccola stanza, sauna chiusa. Posto auto esterno gestito dalla reception, un po’ macchinoso ma utile.

OK hotel in OK location.

Very big room(s), even I ordered a single room, I got a really big, like a mini apartment, w. sleeping room(really big), bathroom, and TV-room/living room, with mini-bar and desk, sitting-group. I didn't use any of the facilities, so I can't say much about it, but nice breakfast. The hotel is associated with a neighboring hotel, where you can go in the pool and gym, if you like. It's literally out the door, and you are in the old city.

Too expencive

It's not good value for money. The room was cold. I told it to staff, they did simething, but it was still cold. Breakfast was quite basic. The location is top. All in all, too expencive for what they offer.

立地はこれ以上ありません。最高に歩きやすいです。ホテルの周辺は徒歩で。 スナイパー通りに行きたいならトラムの3番（旧市街をぐるぐるしてる線）に乗って行けばOK。観光のしやすさが星5つですね。

Mycket trevligt hotell med perfekt läge!

Ett trevligt hotell med fantastiskt läge mitt i gamla stan med butiker, restauranger och sevärdheter precis runt hörnet. Oerhört hjälpsam och trevlig personal som gav utmärkta tips på restauranger, bokade och ordnade andra praktikaliteter. Bra frukost!

Perfect location, very noisy rooms in the front, no air con (noisy plug-in fans), dated. Smoking hotel, so you can smell it anywhere, but that is very common.
